April's Entry 4

I've done my ULBS this week! whew~ Its like a stone in my heart is lifted up! I feel so light now~ I'm flying~ The marks that teacher gave were higher then I expected :D I thought that it'll be like 20 or so.. XD So, exams on coming again, and I have to prepare for my exams. So, this week I'm gonna study realllll hard! I hope that the teachers give less homework for this week so that all of us have the time to prepare more, since most of us are studying last minute... There's still a lot of uncomplete project. I think I'll just copy my friends project from another class. Gotta study now, cya :D

Inconsiderate acts of some Malaysians

Dear Editor,

Inconsiderate acts of some Malaysians are just plain bad manners that comes in the form of everything from using the telephone and the computer to dining out in public and just dealing with people and the public in general. "The customer is always right" died years ago, right along with ignorant people that plow their way into the express lane that plainly states "10 items or less" with their heaping grocery carts filled to the brim with six of each item that the store sells. At this point you are faced with either, blowing your top, praying that the sales clerk speaks up, or stepping in front of the offender while bringing it to their attention that they are over the limit. I mean, what is the worst that can happen? Dirty looks, a cat fight, or a highly annoying habit being brought out into the open? I am not sure that I want to test the water with this one, so I will continue to deal with the rude people of the world, while secretly counting to ten along with shooting daggers into the back of their head.

I find it hard to believe that anyone would have the guts to openly fart in public, but they do, and some are even proud of the noise or the nauseating smell that they have shared by processing it through the air. This is most definitely wrong to do to others in enclosed places like elevators or small and poorly ventilated rooms. They do not have a least bit of consideration for the people around them. At least, they should go to the bathroom to do their business.

Besides that, some Malaysians does smacking, snorting, growling, grunting, belching, licking the plate, nibbling on their fingers while making sucking noises, and talking with their mouth full of food while eating. By all means, they should put their animal instincts away, along with thier caveman tendencies and eat like a human that has a shred of dignity still intact and quit grossing out the world! There are also people who are just plain lazy to put their plates into the pail prepared for them after eating. For example, our school canteen has prepared pails for the student to put their plates in after dining but some of them just refused to do it. They are so inconsiderate for other people such as the school workers and they should be taught some lessons.

There are plenty of Malaysians who borrow money from their relatives and friends. However, they do not pay them back when they have the opportunity to. Some of them act like they've forgotten and some keep dragging and do not pay back. If you owe someone money, you should pay them back all of it, and on the date that you promised. It shows good character and sets a precedent should the roles be reversed. If you owe a friend or relative a large amount of money, you should be the one to make contact and suggest an acceptable payment plan. If you can't come up with the money, then be honest about it. They are not a credit card company or a bank, and you could be hurting their finances by not paying them back in a timely fashion.

The most inconsiderate act of some Malaysians are using handphones, ipads, notebook and other electrical appliances when hanging out with their relatives and friend. Especially during a reunion dinner, a reunion dinner is for everyone to reunite and have chit-chat together after seperating for such a long time. Unfortunately, some Malaysians just sit on their chair and start pressing on the buttons on their handphones. This shows how bad manners they are. I mean, if they want to use their handphones and ipads during a reunion dinner, then whats the point of having a reunion dinner? They should have just stayed at home, lock their selves in their room and continue with their own business.

I have noticed that there are still a few people out there that will hold open a door for someone else, and I have also witnessed mannerly people getting knocked down to size by highly annoying ill-mannered people that appear to have come straight from the barnyard. I am a true believer that good manners should never go out of style, but instead refresher courses need to be shown to the ignorant people that pretend that they do not exist anymore.

April's Entry 2

Its April! Many family members of mine were borned in the month of April :D I've just celebrated my second's uncle 54th birthday! It was fun! I get to see my cousins again and we had a great time together. My cousin bought a chocolate cake from Aman Suria. It was BIG. Everyone gathered and sang a loud birthday song to my uncle. We took many pictures. My uncle made a wish and blew out the candle. We clapped. Then my auntie cut the cake into smaller pieces and everyone have their shares. The cake was too big and my uncles family asked us to take some back and eat. The cake was really sweet and it had fruit toppings on it too! It was getting late, my brother and I had school next morning. So, we said goodbye to my uncle's family and went back home happily. :D

April's Entry 1

We had basketball training today and it rained heavily. Since it was raining, Pn. Salawati told us to go home early and the club was dismissed at 3.30pm. While waiting for the rain to stop, I helped  out my classmates to sell pizza at the canteen to raise funds. Soon, it was 4.00pm. I went out the school to take a look at whether my transporter has come to send me home or not. It was still raining cats and dogs. Because the shelter was too small and the wind was too big, my entire body got wet. Finally my transporter came. After I reached home, I quickly took a hot water bath. Finally I can have some dry clothes on. I have running nose non-stop now. I hope I won't catch a cold tomorow. God Bless Me XD

March's Entry 5

My family and I went back to Kampar for Ching Ming day. We bought many things for our family that passed away. We woke up early in the morning and went to the mountain of grave where my ancestors are. My uncles did almost all the works and the young ones like me just have to pray and 'kowtow' to my ancestors. that day created plenty of air pollution. My dad said that we come to this mountain every year to pray our ancestors to show that we still remember them and they're still in our heart. It was a tiring day. Our family had a big feast at the restaurant together before we go home.
