Do you believe that...
For people to just pass by each other in real life, it take at least 3000 encounters in their previous lives?

Anohana
Just finished watching anohana recommended by edalene yesterday. It was a nice series with 11 ep and a tear-jerking one too. XD The opening song, aoi shiori is one of the songs in sdo, no wonder it sounds so familliar when I watced the 1st ep. I like the ending where six(or 5) of the childhood friends came back together again. The ending song were nice too :D I wished there's another season :( But I still prefer comedies more than sad stories XD

The Secret
Recently, I've found out about a book named The Secret written by Rhonda Byrne. It was actually the best-selling book in 2006. The book describes The Law of Attraction. For the first time I got interested in some book so I'm going to get this book after exam!! 'Wishes do come true if you believe', http://voices.yahoo.com/wishes-come-true-if-only-believe-209559.html, I know this statement is true because my wish did came true when I wished for it reeaaallly hard. It was a one-in-a-million chance for it to happen but it happened. Since this is a popular book, I wonder if my friends have it so that I don't have to buy one. Well, got to ask them, glad that most of them loves to read. So many things to do after exam, I can't wait for exam to be over!

Childhood Fears
Everyone has experienced childhood fears in their lives be it the fear of ghost, darkness, insects, exams and many more. Some may have overcomed them, but some may have not yet overcomed it. So today I'm going to talk about my childhood fears.
When I was young, I used to go to the night market with my parents. We usually go to the one at Taman Mega which only opens on Sundays. After dinner, my father would go there to buy some fruits and I would follow my brother everywhere hoping that I do not get lost in the crowd of people.
While walking along the streets, there are many beggers. There's young ones and old ones. The begger who is a mother would sit on a dirty carpet and beg for money from us with her child in her hands. She even had a few child with her sleeping on the carpet. Another one I remember is the an old man without limbs and the way he look, i can't even describe it with words. Yes, my childhood fear is beggers.
Actually, I do not fear the beggers on the street, what I fear is to be like them. I don't want to be like them. I was always wondering why are they begging for money on the streets? Where are their parents? What happen to their limbs? Did their parents abandoned them? I was scared that my parensts would abandon me as well and I would have to join them to beg for money on the streets. So, I was scared to go near beggers at the night market.
But one day, I overcomed my fear. This was due to some talk in my primary school. There was a person who came to talk about stress during my primary school days. There was one sentence he said, "People worries about everything, some worries that they wouldn't get married in the future, some worries that they might become a begger in the future. Relax, just have fun!" After listening to that, I realized how stupid I was to worry about tiny little things like this which have a 0.0001 % of happening to me. Being a begger, HAH!
Nowadays, when I see the beggers on the street, I would go to them and give them some money. I'm not scared of being a begger anymore! Because I know, I have the ability to support myself in the future, find a job, buy a house, get a car. I've got rid of this childhood fear a long time ago. So relax, and have fun!

Redo: Discrimination Lives Within Everyone
What is discrimination? There are direct and indirect discrimiantion. Direct discrimination occurs if a person treats, or proposes to treat, someone unfavourably because of a personal characteristic protected by law whereas indirect discrimination has been simplified by removing existing technicalities and providing further clarity around the factors to consider in determining whether a requirement, condition or practice is reasonable in the circumstances.
Everyone has carried out some act of discrimination, although it is wrong to
judge others based on certain characteristics. We discriminate other people mostly because of the influences from people around us like family and friends. When people around us discriminate other people, we tend to discriminate those people too. There are many forms of discrimination such as religion discrimination, race discrimination, job discrimination, age discrimination, size discrimination, disability discrimination, wealth discrimination and many more.
First and foremost, lets talk about the most common form of discrimination, race and religion discrimination. Since Malaysia is a multiracial country, race discrimination happens very often. There are three main races in Malaysia which is Malay, Chinese and Indian. Racial discrimination is a problem affecting young minority teens today. You may have notice that if you have been observant in your daily lives.
Next is religion discrimination. The four most popular religions in Malaysia are Islam, Buddhism, Christianity and Hinduism. Every individual thinks that their religion is THE religion and believes that
all other religion are inferior. Some individuals go to extremes in the name of
their religion, case in point the burning of several churches that caused a
religious uproar. These extremist tend to use religion as an excuse to commit
public offenses. People of different religions should learn to tolerate one
another in order to maintain peace in the country.
Besides that, job, gender and age discrimination often happens too in our daily lives. Many companies prefer to hire men rather than women. Employers consider, the
fact that women can take maternity leave as a liability as it affects the
productivity of the company. Next, companies tend to hire younger people despite
their lack of experience because to provide health care for older people is also
considered to be a liability.
In conclusion, there are many forms of discrimination. Discrimination lives in everyones heart in various forms. Some do not realise it because they do that too often. However, it is an ugly act that we should all be avoiding. We should tell the people around us not to discriminate others because what comes around goes around, and they will be discriminated too by other people. Everyone should stop discriminating others so that we can change the world for the better where there is no discrimination.

June's Entry
Last Friday night, my cousins and I went to the 1U cinema to watch Snow White and the Huntsman. It was such an UNFORGETTABLE experience.. There are 8 of us altogether. The movie starts at 11.45pm four od us reached there at 12.00. Then some of us went to buy some popcorn and drinks while waiting for the others. Then we handed the ticket to the workers there and went in. We seperated into 2 groups, 1 to the left door and 1 group to the right door. Our seat was in the centre. When we reached our seats, we saw people sitting in our seats and our brains were like "???". One of my cousins asked one of the guy sitting in our seats:" Excuse me, are you sitting on my seat?" LOL! That person just stared at him. ><|| We looked at each other and went out the cinema to discuss. We checked whether we've entered the wrong cinema or not. Ticket:Cinema 9, we looked at the wall: Cinema 9, nope, we're not in the wrong cinema. Then one of my cousin shouted:" Walao! which idiot bought the yesterday's ticket!?" Then everyone were like: "HAR?!!!!" Idiot here.. Idiot there.. Then my eldest cousin said: Its the workers fault because when he buy, he said that he wanted the ticket for friday but he typed thursday instead. "Then how?" "Aiyah, nevermine la just go to the front seat and sit. We entered the cinema and went to the front seats. However, the front seats were full of people too!! ><|| We looked at each other again and went out the cinema again... We decided to go home but 2 of my cousins have already sat in the cinema. "Don't care lah! We all seperate and sit in all the empty seats available!" We went in the cinama again. Then 2 of my cousin and I found 3 empty seats and its in the CENTRE... We sat down and began watching the movie which had started a long time ago.. Suddenly 2 people came to our seats and looked at us,we looked back. Pfft! They went back to the side and check their tickets while we discussed: "Omg, are we sitting at their seats!?" We looked at our seat number and it was my seat and my cousin's. Then we stood up and let them sit. My cousin and I saw 2 empty seat at the back (VIP) and it was meant for couples. We decided to sit there, hahaha. After the movie ended, all of us got back together and started chatting laughing.XD "Walao! During the whole movie I kept looking at the watch." "Yala! Don't know why today so many people entered and exit the cinema!? I kept hoping that they don't come to my seat and say that I tooked their seats.><|| " LOL me too!! " "Me three!!" hahaha This experience has taught me that when one person is doing something wrong he will be the one who feels guilty. As the saying goes:" He who ate chili will feel the heat" XD
May's Entry
Exam is finally over and I got to enjoy my 2 weeks holiday!! My family and I went to Genting to watch Sam Hui's concert at the Arena of Stars at Genting. The tickets were expensive though, its almost RM200++ per person and it was the cheapest price. The concert was held on Friday and Saturday. We went during the Saturday. Wow, the arena was so crowded and Sam Hui's fans are everywhere. He sang a lot of his famous songs and a few other new songs. Although he is already at the age of 60+ his voice still din't change much, he can still sing very well. After two and a half hour, he said goodbye to all of us. A lot of us were on our ways to the exiting door while some stilll sat there and shouted:" Encore!! Encore!!" My parents met some friends outside the arena and started chatting for awhile. Not long after, sounds came out from the arena and we saw Sam Hui on the stage again! All the fans hurried in and went back to their seats. He sang three more songs for the people who haven't left yet. After that, the concert is finally over. The crowd disperses and we went to have coffee at starbucks. It was an enjoying trip.

So, this week I'm gonna study realllll hard! I hope that the teachers give less homework for this week so that all of us have the time to prepare more, since most of us are studying last minute... There's still a lot of uncomplete project. I think I'll just copy my friends project from another class. Gotta study now, cya :D
Inconsiderate acts of some Malaysians
Dear Editor,
Inconsiderate acts of some Malaysians are just plain bad manners that comes in the form of everything from using the telephone and the computer to dining out in public and just dealing with people and the public in general. "The customer is always right" died years ago, right along with ignorant people that plow their way into the express lane that plainly states "10 items or less" with their heaping grocery carts filled to the brim with six of each item that the store sells. At this point you are faced with either, blowing your top, praying that the sales clerk speaks up, or stepping in front of the offender while bringing it to their attention that they are over the limit. I mean, what is the worst that can happen? Dirty looks, a cat fight, or a highly annoying habit being brought out into the open? I am not sure that I want to test the water with this one, so I will continue to deal with the rude people of the world, while secretly counting to ten along with shooting daggers into the back of their head.
I find it hard to believe that anyone would have the guts to openly fart in public, but they do, and some are even proud of the noise or the nauseating smell that they have shared by processing it through the air. This is most definitely wrong to do to others in enclosed places like elevators or small and poorly ventilated rooms. They do not have a least bit of consideration for the people around them. At least, they should go to the bathroom to do their business.
Besides that, some Malaysians does smacking, snorting, growling, grunting, belching, licking the plate, nibbling on their fingers while making sucking noises, and talking with their mouth full of food while eating. By all means, they should put their animal instincts away, along with thier caveman tendencies and eat like a human that has a shred of dignity still intact and quit grossing out the world! There are also people who are just plain lazy to put their plates into the pail prepared for them after eating. For example, our school canteen has prepared pails for the student to put their plates in after dining but some of them just refused to do it. They are so inconsiderate for other people such as the school workers and they should be taught some lessons.
There are plenty of Malaysians who borrow money from their relatives and friends. However, they do not pay them back when they have the opportunity to. Some of them act like they've forgotten and some keep dragging and do not pay back. If you owe someone money, you should pay them back all of it, and on the date that you promised. It shows good character and sets a precedent should the roles be reversed. If you owe a friend or relative a large amount of money, you should be the one to make contact and suggest an acceptable payment plan. If you can't come up with the money, then be honest about it. They are not a credit card company or a bank, and you could be hurting their finances by not paying them back in a timely fashion.
The most inconsiderate act of some Malaysians are using handphones, ipads, notebook and other electrical appliances when hanging out with their relatives and friend. Especially during a reunion dinner, a reunion dinner is for everyone to reunite and have chit-chat together after seperating for such a long time. Unfortunately, some Malaysians just sit on their chair and start pressing on the buttons on their handphones. This shows how bad manners they are. I mean, if they want to use their handphones and ipads during a reunion dinner, then whats the point of having a reunion dinner? They should have just stayed at home, lock their selves in their room and continue with their own business.
I have noticed that there are still a few people out there that will hold open a door for someone else, and I have also witnessed mannerly people getting knocked down to size by highly annoying ill-mannered people that appear to have come straight from the barnyard. I am a true believer that good manners should never go out of style, but instead refresher courses need to be shown to the ignorant people that pretend that they do not exist anymore.

April's Entry 2
Its April! Many family members of mine were borned in the month of April :D I've just celebrated my second's uncle 54th birthday! It was fun! I get to see my cousins again and we had a great time together. My cousin bought a chocolate cake from Aman Suria. It was BIG. Everyone gathered and sang a loud birthday song to my uncle. We took many pictures. My uncle made a wish and blew out the candle. We clapped. Then my auntie cut the cake into smaller pieces and everyone have their shares. The cake was too big and my uncles family asked us to take some back and eat. The cake was really sweet and it had fruit toppings on it too! It was getting late, my brother and I had school next morning. So, we said goodbye to my uncle's family and went back home happily. :D

April's Entry 1
We had basketball training today and it rained heavily. Since it was raining, Pn. Salawati told us to go home early and the club was dismissed at 3.30pm. While waiting for the rain to stop, I helped out my classmates to sell pizza at the canteen to raise funds. Soon, it was 4.00pm. I went out the school to take a look at whether my transporter has come to send me home or not. It was still raining cats and dogs. Because the shelter was too small and the wind was too big, my entire body got wet. Finally my transporter came. After I reached home, I quickly took a hot water bath. Finally I can have some dry clothes on. I have running nose non-stop now. I hope I won't catch a cold tomorow. God Bless Me XD
March's Entry 5
My family and I went back to Kampar for Ching Ming day. We bought many things for our family that passed away. We woke up early in the morning and went to the mountain of grave where my ancestors are. My uncles did almost all the works and the young ones like me just have to pray and 'kowtow' to my ancestors. that day created plenty of air pollution. My dad said that we come to this mountain every year to pray our ancestors to show that we still remember them and they're still in our heart. It was a tiring day. Our family had a big feast at the restaurant together before we go home.

March's Entry 4
I watched Hunger Game today!! Hunger game was actually a book that Naomi introduced to me. She said that the movie is gonna be on screen in March. I actually planned to watch this movie with my friends. But some of them just could'nt make it so we cancelled the plan. I watched the movie with my family. I haven't been to a cinema with my family since primary school. But they thought that the show was a sick show because its about killing each other until the last one who survived is the hero. They did not like it. I guess I made the wrong decision for inviting them to watch the movie. Anyway, I thought the movie was okay and I don't dislike it. I hope that Hunger Game 2 comes out and I can get to know the continuation on the story :D
March's Entry 3
I have decided that I want to be an accountant in the future. This is because that I don't dislike this subject and its easier compared to other science subject. But I'm still not sure about which university or college to go to after SPM. My parents wanted me to go to UTAR because its near my house and its cheap. They also said that UTAR students can find a job easier. For accounts, I still don't know what to take eg like acca or icaew. For acca they need credits for math and english. For icaew they need distictions for math and english. But my english is not so good. Maybe its because that I dislike reading. I don't read storybooks and newspapers. My parents always say that I have poor english because I don't read. The more they say the more I dislike reading. Isn't there any other way to improve my english without reading.,? I hope that my english improves and I can become a professional accountant in the future. XD

I guess I'll go get some coffee to keep me awake tonight. Thats all I'll write for this week. Back to becoming a bookworm~ :3

February's Entry 4 - [ Class Drama ]
Last week was an academic week in SMKDJ. Many activities took place on that week. The Form 5's class drama occured on last Thursday. Before the competition starts, the whole class were busy preparing for the class drama. Some prepared the scripts, some of them make the props and the other lent their helping hand as well. Our class rehersed during the weekends and also after school. Finally the day of the drama competition came and everyone were very excited about it. After the announcement, the five pure science class of Form 5 lined up and gathered at the hall. Our class was the fourth to present the drama. The actors wore their costume and did make-ups. I was one of the audience. I sat in front with a few other classmates and watched the drama performance from the other classes. Class 5 Balau were the first to perform on stage followed by 5 Angsana, 5 Batai, 5 Berlian and 5 Cengal. Soon, it was time for our class to go on stage. On the stage, everyone did their best although there were a few technical problem. We, as the audience cheered loudly for our class. The whole competition ended earlier than expected. At 9.30am, all the 5 classes went back to class. The result for the competition will be announce on Monday's assembly. Personally, I think that 5 Angsana and 5 Batai have a better chance of winning the competition. Back in class, we took a class photo together and continued our class lesson.

February's Entry 3
Last night my family and I went to a new restaurant near my house to eat steamboat. while we were having our little family chat, my mom said that it's time my brother and I take the last Hepatitis A,B jab after 5 months since September last year. I've totally forgotten about it after these 5 months and obviously I'm not ready to take another jab again. My mom ignored my rejection and said that she's going to take us to Dr. Chuah this morning. I pretended to sleep when she came to wake me and my brother up, but in the end, it was clear who the winner was. XD So, my brother and I went to the clinic together and we saw Dr. Chuah again. He said: "Hi! Nice to see you two again!", and I just smiled at him. My brother took the jab first because I requested it, haha! After that it was my turn. I can feel the pain when the doctor poke the needle into my arm. But sooner than I thought, the scary event was finally OVER!!! Muahahahaha! To think that I was worrying so much last night for nothing... XD After saying goodbye to my "beloved" Dr. Chuah, I went to eat McD breakfast with my family!! <3

February's Entry 2
I attended my cousin brother's wedding yesterday at "Cui Hua Lou" restaurant. There were 7 wedding bauquets there including my cousin's. My father parked at Tesco since there were no more parking in the basement parking of that restaurant. There were 33 tables prepared for the wedding. We reached around 7 o'clock and waited until 9 o'clock for the first dish to be served. The food there were really delicious. We watch the wedding photos and clips while eating. Some of my pictures when i was younger were inside the clips too! Everyone had a great time meeting and chatting with old relatives and friends. My mom took a lot of photos with everyone especially with the bride and groom. It was raining heavily outside the restaurant.Unfortunately the teddy bear on the car got wet. They will have to dry it when they get home. Soon the wedding dinner ended and the guest left. We took a family picture with everyone before we go home. When I got home, I ran to my bedroom straight away and slept. It was a tiring day. ^00^

Article: Night Without End
A Fight Occured at the Polar Ice-Cap
by: Loh Pei Qian
There was a fight that occured at polar ice-cap at Saturday night. It happened on 12.15 p.m. I was required to follow the Marines from the ship to rescue people. As I approached the glacier, i saw a man, named Corazzini aiming his gun at another man, Solly Levin. Corazzini shot him and i assumed Solly Levin was dead as there was no sign of movement from him. Johnny Zagero, who apparently is the son of Solly Levin, was furious over Corazzini murder and he threw himself onto Corazzini. They fought and simultaniously Smallwood ordered Mason to drop his gun. He treaten to kill Margeret Ross if he refused to do so. Mason and Hillcrest obeyed him and as he shot Margeret Ross left arm.
As I watched Corazzini fighting with Zagero, suddenly i saw Solly Levin was moving. He did not died! In the same time Corazzini ran in the direction of some rock, Zagero followed him and the unseen battle continued behind the rocks. Later on, i saw Zagero came out, his was injured. Then i saw some fishingboat arrived at the foot of glacier, apparently there were Smallwood's friends on the boat. There were four planes flying through the sky, the planes were flying low, forming a circle above them.
I can see that Mason was trying to persuade Smallwood to give in and i saw some men moving towards them with their guns. Suddenly Smallwood jumped into the tractor and he shot Mason right at his arm. As the tractor began to move, Mason and Jackstraw ran behind the tractor . When i reached the place where the tractor stopped, i saw two planes were flying low and the people inside the plane were shooting. As Mason and Jackstraw reached the place, one of them jumped into a crevasse. Then Margeret Ross was pulled up by Jackstraw and he threw a rope to Mason. Everone was safe. Smallwood didnt make it. It was a long and tiring journey for them but they were glad it ended.

February's Entry
This year's basketball mssd is very early. It started from the 31st of January and ended at the 3rd of February. Before the competition, we had intensive training almost everyday. There are all together 4 teams, the under 15 boys and girls and under 18 boys and girls. We took the bus to SMK BU3 because mssd was held there. The under 18 boys got 3rd placing and the under 18 girls got 2nd placing. Both of our teams lost to BU3. Although we lost, its still a wonderful experience. The canteen food in BU3 is really awesome! I wished that our school had something like those.. The weather was really hot on those days, some of us even got sunburned from the first day, luckily I'm not one of them. :P On our last day of mssd, the whole team walked to Mcd together to have lunch together. Since its our last year, we took many photos before the closing ceremony. Some of them were really funny! Pn Lim also brought her own camera and took some shots of us with it. I really had a great time during the mssd week. Now that its over, I had a bunch of homeworks waiting for me since I had not gone to class for a week. So its time to catch up with my homeworks and studies now! Ciao~! ^_^
January's Entry
Its year 2012! My resolution for this year is eat hard, play hard, and most importantly study hard for SPM! This year, my brother and I skipped a day of school to go back to hometown for chinese new year because my parents want to avoid traffic jams. Its a dragon year, my family and I got to see lion dance and also dragon dance at our hometown! Since our grandmother's birthday is a day before chinese new year, we booked a restaurant and celebrated her 80th birthday! My uncle bought a chocolate cake for her brithday. We sang a birthday song to her and she made her wishes before blowing off the candle. For this chinese new year, I've collected many angpao's from my relatives and friends! I'm very happy to have celebrated another wonderful chinese new year together with my families and friends! Gong xi fa cai! :D
